Recently made curry puffs with a few friends. I was in charge of pleating. They turned out pretty well, I must say.
Obviously some were more wrinkled than others.
Yummy...Made over a hundred of 'em, so we're a bit sick of curry puffs right now. Might experiment with a different filling next time. That is, if there is a next time.

Haha I only took care of the pleating part. Unless you wanna make the filling and roll the pastry, we won't get very far with nothing to pleat.
